Office-Chair Yoga?

Breathe. Miss you too, Jane-y. :-)

Jane: Whatever you call it, Crissy, it definitely is not my idea of a good yoga class. It is just a break from staring at the computer the whole day. Shucks....but yes, I need to remember to breathe slow and easy. Thanks for the reminder!

hi jane! i had my 4th session in amezcua yesterday and it has been going well so far. i find it different from pio's sessions in ortigas but very good as well! it's different every session which i like :) pio is much stricter though and i like the way he corrects and pushes all of his students.
downside for me in ortigas is the parking so i'm quite discouraged... amezcua always has the airconditioning on so that's a bit of a downside for me... but it has been good and i've been religious (so far!) wish me luck! haha!
and i do hope you get back to your usual routine! look forward to better weeks! take care!

Jane: Sounds interesting! I might just drop by and make inquiries when I go with my girls to the BLUE school during enrolment. Thanks Lidie! And keep at it. Coming from regular practice to almost none these days, I can tell you the difference is absolutely, definitely felt by me!
