Free Yoga Classes at Blue Wave Mall

(Update: Interested yoga practitioners are requested to call Vinyasa Yoga Center, tel. 637-9003, for details. As the free yoga classes at Blue Wave Mall is a new event, not all those answering the calls at the number given on the poster are aware of these. VYC sends its regrets to those who have been inconvenienced.)

My friend, Minna Estrada, gave me a heads-up that her shala, Vinyasa Yoga Center, is conducting FREE yoga classes at Blue Wave Mall till 3rd week of September 2009. If there are enough participants, the classes could be extended beyond that time.

Blue Wave Mall, for those not familiar with the place, is near Petron in the Mall of Asia area.

The classes follow the Vinyasa style of yoga (asanas are done in a flowing sequence). Beginners and practicing yogis alike are welcome. Call the number given in the poster below for more details.

  1. Hi,

I came across this website of yours and is very interested in joining, however when I tried to call the phone number that is shown on your poster; two guys who answered the call did not know anything about Yoga or any information pertaining to the said training at all!

    Really very dissappointing

@Renita – Hi! Thank you for letting me know about this. I spoke with my friend Minna (Vinyasa Yoga Center) and told her about your problem. She requests that all interested people call, for now, their center’s landline which is 637-9003 for details. The number in the poster is that of Blue Wave Mall and as this is a new event, not all their staff may be aware of it. She promises to look into the matter.

  2. i saw this poster on the vinyasa center website, tried the number on the poster but the person who answered said it wasn’t the number of blue wave. i was able to talk to minna, though, and attended this morning’s session.

great class, worked out a good sweat, and the venue was not as distracting as i initially thought it would be. my only complaint was that it started late and none of the organizers were at the venue until about 30 minutes of the published sked. i had to check with the admin office and talk to the events coordinator to confirm if it was pushing through.

well, i’m joining again tomorrow (if weather permits). i hope they’ll sustain this program (i live near the area) – i’ll be glad to help promote it.

@Selenakyle – Hi! Glad you enjoyed your yoga class. I am sure Vinyasa Yoga Center will take note of your experiences (good and bad) as your feedback is very helpful for them. Just keep attending so that they will be encouraged to keep the program running.
